ICC camp in Nur Lembah Pangsun

Last Friday, 4-6th July, me and other 41 people from Perodua went to Nur Lembah Pangsun for ICC Camp. There were lots of activities - indoor and outdoor. The most interesting one definately the outdoor activities. flying fox, Q race and fishing..

What is ICC? Innovative Creative Circle. This is one of the cost reduction activity in Perodua. It is done in project basis where the registered group should come up with a project which can reduce cost at their workplace. for example, let say the project title is 'how to reduce cost in masking paper using'. So, this ICC group must come up with a method on how to reduce the usage of masking paper in any way they can..so, when the activity is applied, they must calculate or proove how much they had save by doing the project.

Just an interesting article to read. It's not about the cure for ED per say that i am interested in but the method..solat..

KUALA LUMPUR: Hasil kajian tiga pensyarah Jabatan Kejuruteraan BioPerubatan Universiti Malaya (UM) mendapati solat yang diamalkan secara teratur boleh merawat masalah penyakit mati pucuk dan beberapa penyakit lain.Prof Madya Dr Fatimah Ibrahim berkata kajian terhadap 10 pesakit mati pucuk yang mengamalkan solat sebagai terapi dan mengikut postur yang sempurna selama sebulan, membuahkan hasil apabila mereka berjaya mencapai ereksi seperti lelaki normal.“Lelaki yang normal sepatutnya akan mendapat ereksi sekurang-kurangnya tiga kali sewaktu tidur dan perubahan isipadunya mestilah melebihi 200 peratus. Jika kurang daripada jumlah itu dia dianggap mati pucuk,” katanya pada sidang akhbar di sini hari ini.Turut hadir pada sidang akhbar sempena Persidangan Antarabangsa Kejuruteraan Biomedical itu adalah dua lagi penyelidik iaitu Prof Wan Abu Bakar Wan Abas dan Ng Siew Cheok serta Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi dan Pemangku Naib Canselor Prof Mohd Amin Jalaludin.Dr Fatimah berkata selain solat lima waktu, pesakit juga diminta bersolat sunat selama setengah jam, sekurang-kurangnya tiga kali seminggu dan selepas itu mereka dibekalkan peralatan yang dapat mengukur isipadu ereksi. Alat itu dipasang sebelum tidur.

I am glad to say that i will be completing my OJT in Final Delivery section. Hmm..i guess i gained more knowledge in production environment. Hehe..can't wait to go back to where i belong..training department..here i come......

skill contest 2007

Tomorrow, my department will be organizing Skill Contest for senior operator. The competition is open to senior operator from Body, Paint and Assembly Shop. They will be tested on their work skill based by SOP and Tact Time? What the hell SOP? hehehe..standard operation procedure la..why am I telling you guys on this event..hehehe..i'll be the master of the ceremony of this event.. kinda nervous ...you know when we have to speak in the public..that's the time where the butterflies start to mingle around in your stomark.. i hope i can perform well tomorrow as this is one of my chance to proof my capability..wish me luck..

hehehe..this is a very owesome gathering for the year. It's been a long time since we gathered the whole family. I feel happy plus sad..why? Happy coz everybody present..sad coz..it takes too long to gather like this...somehow, i just like to show my sons and their tok in the water coz i was not covering my hair at that time..so it would be improper for me to publish in this public area..

first day schooling

heya..so glad to tell you guys about my Afiq who has started schooling..although it is already a month, but i just got the time to blog in about it. Hehehe..i am so excited eventhough he's only in kindergarten. *sigh*...dah tua aku nie...anak dah sekolah dah...

By the way, nama sekolah dia Starain Kindergarten..situated at Bayu Apartment, Damansara Damai. He go to school everyday by van..teringin juga nak hantar dia pi sekolah, tapi apakan daya..aku nie kul 6.45am dah kuar umah..takkan dia nak tercegat kat depan sekolah dia subuh2 sepiie tu kan....

Last June 9th, sama hari Pak Lah nikah baru, adik aku yang no 3 tu lak kawin. Dia sekarang dah tinggal kat Kajang dengan suami dia. Nama adik ipar aku yang latest nie Mohd Saufee Effendi b Mustapah. Semoga rumahtangga diorang bahagia hingga akhir hayat....insya allah.

Help..help..ada ke sesiapa yg ada info on how to raise anak lelaki yg umurnya nak masuk 4 thn and nakal..i don't know how to handle my son Afiq..he likes to cry, never listen to me, listen only when i have a cloth hanger in my hand..entahlah..i don't want to wallop him everytime he ignore what i said but that's the only way he will listen..i'm so confuse..stress..tension..please help me friends..need your advise..
At the moment, perangai dia makin menjadi2 as Afizal is not around..i wonder why he behave such when his ayah is not around..kalau ayah dia ada..dia tak la teruk sgt..huwaaa..i've fail to become a good mother and understanding too..:(

A trip to Perhentian Island

Last week, my family and I had an opportunity to go on vacation to Perhentian island. Aku dapat voucher actuallynya. Suria Perhentian Dive Resorts for 4days/3nights. Aku gerak dari KL pada 24hb Mei jam 7am..nak elak jam kat MRR2. Kami lalu jalan karak-raub-lipis-gua musang-kuala besut. Sampai Kuala Besut jam 1.30pm. Manage utk naik speedboat kul 2.30pm. Sementara tunggu boat, makan dulu kat jetty tu..utk korang yg rasanya nak pegi perhentian, tolong la makan dulu..makanan kat jetty mahal gila..3 org makan dgn lauk yg biasa2 pun sampai RM22. Gila ke hapa akak kedai tu..
Boat transfer dari jetty ke pulau took about 30mins to arrive..itu la first time aku rasa takut naik kenderaan..entah nape..maybe sbb dia laju sgt, ditambah dgn open dan berada di tgh2 laut yg kita tak tahu apa akan jadi..So, sampai dekat2 resort, kami transit tukar boat..boat tu dipanggil teksi air..kelako aku rasa..laut pun ada teksi..ni ha gambor teksi tu..

Naik la kami teksi tu sampai ke darat..bila aku turun aku tanya kat budak bawak teksi tu, "Dik, mana perhentian kecik?"..terus je budak tu tunjuk "ni"..la..aku ingat aku dpt perhentian besar..rupanya kecik..hmm..terus teringat kat kawan aku Golok..dia siap bgtau aku pegi perhentian kecik boleh nampak 'bigboobs"..hehe..laki..camtu la..tak cukup ngan boobs yg ada depan mata...so, we check in at the resort..nie la sebahagian gambar resort.. Pandangan sisi resort..itu reception and restaurant dia..
