Last sunday, me, Afizal, Afiq and Aqif went to PWTC to see the property exhibition. Hmm..actually i am so keen to get a landed house..u know, i was raised at Taman Meru which is a small but luxury banglo to me..so used to stay in a landed house rather than in an apartment/flat/condo like now..am i sounds greedy?? Entahla..but i really want to have a landed property...i don't mind if it is small as long as my kids can have a better place to be, better place to play around and better place to get friends..at the moment, Afiq could only play at the playground situated at the rooftop of our condo..hmm..pity him..Seriouly, living in a condo is not suitable for the jiwa kampung type like me..hahaha..typical huh?? if i could ever go back to Ipoh and live there happily ever after..
Well, Afizal is eyeing on this project develop by GLOMAC. It is situated at Saujana Utama somewhere in Sungai Buloh area..quite a rural place but i guess it'll change in another few years time..price of the house starting at RM169200*..maybe u guys can have a better view by logging to this site http://www.glomac.com.my.

p/s: this weekend ada lagi property expo, rasenye kat mid valley. pastu mid march (kalo tak silap) kat klcc. try la usha sinun plak. mana tau, kot2 ada better stuff.:-)
